“Deborah worked under my supervision as an Education for Success project consultant. She was responsible for developing a three-day training session for fifty participants on the creation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of a public awareness campaign. The participants included community leaders, adolescent youth, and social promoters from thirteen ethnically and linguistically diverse communities.
As the supervisor of this project, I witnessed Deborah’s high caliber performance. She proved herself to be a versatile communicator and able to quickly adapt to the Nicaraguan professional environment. She is an innovative leader who is willing to listen and take into account the needs of others. Deborah is an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional. She does not depend on direct supervision to accomplish project goals and can openly accept recommendations when it’s offered. I knew I could rely on her to effectively plan a large-scale program, promptly meet deadlines and to maintain regular communication with the office. Her efficiency and productivity were vital to the success of this project.
Deborah has dedicated her life to public service and has demonstrated continued growth in this field. As a project consultant, she further sharpened her skills in community development. She represented herself and her country well. I recommend her for any endeavor she pursues.”
